Lynn Potyen is a dedicated mother who discovered board games while perusing speech therapy for her eldest child. While promoting games as not merely entertainment, but equipment for brain health, she realized she had a business, and Lynn was confident that she could do it better than her FLGS. Fifteen years and two recessions later, she still is. We discussed the value of integrating an online sales portal for your retail store, especially during a pandemic, and her innovative board game rental program.
